About Us

D. R. Solutions was formed by Simon Humphrey and Amy O’Neill. Having previously run a business to business (B2B) company, they wanted to create their own venture which offered a great service and would be known for its reputation. They believe in offering a professional service and were determined to grow through word of mouth referrals so there has always been a large emphasis on customer service.

Since starting, D. R. Solutions has grown year on year and we now work with customers across Kent. The company’s headquarters is in Gravesend but our customers are located in Rochester, Chatham, Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas.

The company’s aim is to offer a great service and competitive pricing, combining two of the most important factors for our domestic and commercial customers.

Our Directors

Simon’s history includes running his own successful business. Amy worked in advertising and then later moved into professional sales. Their combined experience and passion for ensuring that the customer always comes first means that they know what customers need and more importantly, know how deliver it. This ethos is carried throughout the company.
